Hi my name is Kim Nape. I have been a professional stylist for over 17 years. I always look forward to working with my clients and help them achieve the looks they have in mind.
My name is Carmela Roush. I started Shear Design 38 years ago and also have been a professional stylist for all these year. I take great pride in having all our clients experience excellent customer service, Redken products and highly qualified staff.
Stephanie Haver is our salon coordinator. She will help you with all your appointments and customer service at our salon. Steph is a licensed cosmetologist too! In 2011 she will be working to build her clientele in our salon.
